PROCESSING TIME:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping is 7-10 business days. Custom orders and special requests will take longer.
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We ship USPS First Class International. If you feel you will need an upgrade, please contact us prior to making your purchase, and we will adjust the shipping to reflect the additional cost. 


ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:
Canada: 2-3 weeks
North America: 7-10 business days
Europe: 2-4 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4-6 weeks
Asia Pacific: 6-8 weeks

We use United States Postal Service for shipping. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns*, exchanges, and cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To make a return:

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship item(s) back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

*Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for Custom or Personalized orders.*
